As a therapist, I am dedicated to supporting first responders and their families, not only through major life challenges but also with the overwhelming nature of everyday moments. My goal is to make therapy accessible and to offer holistic care that nurtures your mind, body, and emotional well-being.
I offer a unique lens through being a first responder myself and being the wife of a law enforcement officer. I believe that cultural competence with first responders is crucial for fostering a safe environment where you can explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need a space to talk, I am here to listen without judgment and help you reconnect with your inner strengths.
My therapeutic philosophy is a blend of modalities to include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to move through memories that cause us discomfort or inhibit our growth. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — because therapy should feel like a human connection, not a clinical transaction.
Let’s work together toward the Whole You.
